Utah's first gay and lesbian business expo will be held at the Zions Bank 18th Floor Founders Room at 1 S Main St. in downtown Salt Lake City.
Hosted by the Utah Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (formerly the Q Business Alliance), the event will bring together gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and ally businesses, agents, entrepreneurs and services to mix, mingle, trade business, introduce products and more.
The event will begin with a First Friday Social from 5:30 to 8pm on March 2.
Saturday, March 3 will kick off with a keynote speech and ribbon cutting at 10am and the expo will be available from noon to 4pm
Breakout sessions with topics such as social media marketing, and working with nonprofits will also be held Saturday throughout the day.
Tables are available to Chamber members on a first-come basis. Nonprofits are welcome at a set of tables set aside for them.
Entrance to the Expo will be free of charge, but a required ticket will be available through the Chamber's web site, http:'//utahgaychamber.org
