I only have the studio from 5:30p-6:45p on Tuesdays at Centered City Yoga right now, but in January it will most likely change to 7:30am. Please let me know if you have any scheduling issues - I think it's really important that we all have a place to practice together at least once a week! If we get any beginners that show up, we can all just help to integrate them into our practice. Sound fun??
